This project was implemented within the f project \u201cFeministas en Acci\u00f3n\u201d and its overall objective was to Amplify<\/span> the transformative power of the Feministas en Acci\u00f3n Advocacy Network through coordinated actions with the new organizations that are part of LESLAC to incorporate the L\u00e9sBiQa perspective and to overcome the<\/span> deficits of representation and participation of LBQ women in spaces of dispute and negotiation of multilevel agendas. With this purpose, the Virtual School of Political Advocacy \u201cMontevideo+10 Under the L\u00c9SBIQA Lens\u201d was carried out, a report and a regional mapping on the implementation of the Montevideo Consensus, in relation to the rights of Lesbian, Bisexual and Queer women was produced. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Network Strengthening Project<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In 2023, as part of an organizational strengthening project, we held the first Ordinary General Assembly of the LESLAC Network. During this assembly, a set of internal documents were approved to provide structure and common guidelines for the network and its actions, and the governance and co-coordinators were also elected. During the same year, the first meeting of the LESLAC Network's Permanent Steering Committee was held, with the objective of advancing in the construction of the strategic planning for that year and the adaptation of the network's website. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Project \u201cLesbian Resistances of Abya Yala\u201d.\u201d\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The objective of this project was to articulate regional actions that respond to the effects of discrimination and gender-based violence, from and for the leadership, voice and political participation of LBQ women in Latin America and the Caribbean, based on the generation of spaces for reflection, dialogue and collaborative work. Within the project, five investigations and a regional report on the Human Rights situation of lesbian, bisexual and queer women in Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Mexico and Colombia were carried out. At the same time, a proposal was presented for an agenda on the unobserved rights of LBC\/Q women in the region.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
