Governance

The LESLAC Network has four decision-making nodes:

Permanent Steering Committee

These are organizations from the LAC subregions: South America (Andean and Southern Cone), Caribbean, Mexico, Brazil and Central America with legal status or legal registration and experience in executing projects with international cooperants.

Assembly

These are all the organizations, collectives and groups that join the LESLAC NETWORK as associates (the organizations of the Permanent Steering Committee are included and counted).

Sabias Council

They are lesbian activists of recognized trajectory in the region who contribute their knowledge and expertise in an advisory capacity.

By-laws and set of documents

The LESLAC Network is governed by its bylaws and by a set of organizational management documents that organizations receive when they formalize their membership in LESLAC.

Since the celebration of LESLAC's First Annual Ordinary General Assembly -AGOA held on March 13-16, 2023 in the city of Villavicencio, Colombia, the LESLAC Network has had two coordinators elected from among the organizations of the Steering Committee:
